Oz Tukka is a small company based at Lake Macquarie on the east coast of Australia.

Owned by husband and wife team Peter Faith and Bente Saugbjerg, Oz Tukka was conceived through a passion for exploring new and exotic food and a huge appreciation of Australian nature.

Realising Australian native spices were excellent spices offering fresh new tastes, but people didn't know how to use them, Peter and Bente started exploring ways to introduce these unique spices to first time users.

The end result was the 5 spices pack with simple recipes included, along with this web site featuring information on how to use the spices, and a range of recipes to suit most tastes.

Once familiar with the spices it is now possible to purchase your favourites in individual jars.

To compliment cooking with Australian Natives Spices, we have included a range of Australian Macadamia nut oils.

With quality and conservation a priority, Oz Tukka aims to provide products featuring quality, chemical free Australian native spices and endeavours to source as much product as possible in a way that supports local aboriginal enterprises.
